Dear Gene6 Matthieu and team,

We and other colleagues having difficulties to get replies from support at g6ftpserver.com... I sent 2 or 3 tickets, got 1 reply. My colleague Rafael also sent a ticket and no response after weeks.

We've sent from Gmail, from our personal email address, etc.

Please, can someone check the emails we've sent?
